Have You Ever Had A Great Hospice Referral Visit? OMG !!!! #iDid At Apollo Assisted Living :)

Have You Ever Had A Great Hospice Referral Visit? OMG !!!! #iDid. At Apollo Assisted Living    ๐Ÿ˜Š

It started with a warm greeting and smile at the door. Today I met with a caring caregiver named Joy. She took the time to meet with me in proxy for Dr. Zambakari. He is the owner and operator of Apollo Assisted Living and Memory Care. He provides direction and oversight to ensure Apollo provides the highest levels of customized care, administered by respectful licensed medical and caregiving professionals.

After meeting with the staff of Apollo Assisted Living, I placed a follow-up call to Dr. Christopher Zambakari. When I tell you it was a very refreshing conversation..... Believe me. It was one of the most refreshing conversation a community liaison can have. Why you ask? Well I'll tell you. When I got off the phone, I knew it was the start to a new relationship between two very professional and caring organizations.

Here's why. In short: The Open Door.

When I spoke with Dr. Zambakari, and asked questions, he said yes to everything. I learned that Apollo Assisted Living has an open Bed in a private room, @ $4000.00 a month +fees, and a refundable deposit. I asked  "Can I help you fill the open room?"  "Yes " he said. I learned that there  a hospice referral not going to be made today.  I asked, "Can I return?" He said "Yes" again.  Apollo extended me an opportunity to return later in hopes that there maybe a referral in the future. I also learned of the very professional staff that works at Apollo, and that there is a 2nd location, DBA Desert Haven AZ . The company has been in operation for two decades. So when I asked out of OMG :), "Do you mind if I tell everybody about this wonderful experience?  Dr. Zambakari said " YES" Please do, share, and follow us too".ON FACEBOOK....  So I did. ๐Ÿ˜Œ And will continue to do so. Thank you Apollo. I see that you truly care.

When I 1st contacted Apollo Assisted Living I was in search for a new hospice referral for a company called Hospice of Hope AZ of Glendale Arizona. Hospice of Hope is a great organization.... You can read all about that in the next Blog. ๐Ÿ˜‰  Its a great feeling when you have a great day, working for a great company.

Please continue to read and follow this blog, and the ig, and Facebook, pages are provided below in the links. Because let's be honest, in the business we are in.... (Hospice and Home Health, Nursing, and Caregiving, MSW Social, and Chaplain Spiritually)....  we all need friends.

Don't forget to check out www.DesertHavenAZ.com/ApolloGlendale, THEY HAVE A PRIVATE ROOM OPEN. YOU BETTER FILL IT BEFORE I DO. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

Sincerely, Christopher Seymore, "Friendly Neighborhood Community Liaison Chaplain."
