1st Class World Tour at Local Crest Lane Assisted Living Facility

I was given a 1st Class, World Tour at a Local Home Health Care Community:

Crest Lane Assisted Living Facility

"We purchased the group home as family business "Says sisters  Jeanette and , Menchit a disciple from PHX church. An OTR  for 30+ yrs in profession working at Boswell Hospital.

As Community Liaison for Hospice of Hope AZ part of my job is to make cold calls seeking to help  fill hospice referral needs. When I called Jeanette, the 1st thing she asked was, "would you like a tour?" I promptly replied "yes". She then told me she would have her sister Menchit meet me there at our appointed time..... And low and behold she did. These two work in tandem along with the ALF caregiving staff. It's all ways a great sign when they owner opens the doors and welcomes you in for a tour of the Home Health Facility. Meaning they have nothing to hide. This home is beautifully cared for, and has a warm welcoming environment
.

The group home was already pre-existing, when Jeanette and Menchit purchased the business. The home has  5 bed occupancy and currently has 3 happy elderly in place, 1 couple, and 1 other single resident. They are all minimal assist and one has early onset dementia. Crest Lane ALF has two beds open for loved ones that need care.
Location of the group home is at 6741 W.Crestlane in Glendale, AZ a very quiet Arrowhead neighborhood  6741 W Crest Ln - Google Maps
In the word of the owners.......

"Crest Lane Care Senior Care assisted living is located at the center of Arrowhead community. Family owned, led by a veteran licensed rehab therapist.  We collaborate together with a goal that our patient needs to be physically active and socially engaged through robust approach, daily activity and balanced nutrition.

What makes us distinctly different is our passion for our mission - helping our aging population to utilize the remaining vigor by systematic approach of science and therapy application in a home setting environment. From years of acquiring our discipline, our body can re-learn by addressing memory loss and remedial work by providing social interactions, emotional support, efficacy of daily ventures and much more.

In addition, our core value is simple – our care provider has the heart for people – demonstrating the proper mindset of attitude of servitude.  We are here to serve our community. Feel free to schedule a viewing, contact us at 858-472-7493 or email us at crestlaneaz@gmail.com ."
