While I was making my rounds.... I was lead by footsteps, to Foot Steps Assisted Daily Living LLC. There I was met with kinds smiles and inviting conversation from the owners of this lovely licensed assisted living facility here in Phoenix Arizona. The owners are George and Lynn :)
They are a wonderful couple, and a great team.... But Wait..... It gets better..... They have well trained, certified and caring CNA's on staff.
Footsteps as an Assisted Living Facility is a home that has ran for over 20yrs. Lynn & George are the new owners as of February 2022.
As new owners, they are excited to revitalize and renew the home with new updates to furniture and surroundings. Lynn has her Masters of Nursing in Healthcare Leadership and a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and over a decade of bedside nursing. Co-owner George, has a vast background, as well as several years as a CNA and caregiver. He is a United States Navy Veteran himself, and both are advocates for veterans! They were both very excited to know that HospiceOfHopeAZ.com has partnered with We Honor Veterans to help do our part in ensuring that all hospice veterans, families, and POA know of the possible benefits they may not know they are entitled to. It is the goal of the owners to open a 2nd ALF home licensed just for veterans in the near future.
All of their caregivers have years of experience and receive ongoing monthly trainings. Residents dietary needs are always taken into consideration in daily home cooked meals. They have 3 private rooms and 1 semi-private room for total occupancy of 5 for a nice family like environment in which they can choose from various daily activities each day or just enjoy a movie day if that is what they desire.
